We recently stayed at Hotel Deli River and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even cooked our favorite meal, which wasn't on the menu. The pool was available for swimming despite receiving an email about maintenance, and we were able to relax on the porch surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation. Diana, one of the staff members, was especially helpful in assisting us with our travel arrangements. Additionally, we booked a car with the excellent driver Nesib, who showed us around and made our four-day trip memorable. We were impressed by how hard the staff worked to please their customers, making it one of the best hotel experiences we've had.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like about our stay at Hotel Deli River. 😊

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the outskirts of the city. The attention to detail was impressive, from the reusable water bottle to the well-maintained rooms with a view of the beautiful garden. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all up to par. The air conditioning worked great, ensuring a comfortable stay. The homemade sweet bakery at breakfast was a delightful treat.

No complaints, everything was satisfactory.

loved our stay at this riverside gem in medan. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs without us even asking. the pool overlooking the river was breathtaking - the pictures didn't do it justice. would definitely return if ever in medan again!

Beautiful scenery with a lake, jungle plants and a view over the landscape. A winding road takes you down to the beautiful hotel. A professional polite atmosphere. A luxurious and clean atmosphere. Nice beautiful rooms. The staff provided mosquito spray. Tasty breakfast with great tables. Visually stunning. Great swimming pool.

A small tv, playgrounds outside the window. The menu was very dull and the food was ok but boring and overpriced. Bad isolation in between the rooms. A hotel that does not stick out and suits everyone. Taxi drivers overpriced you when finding out what hotel you stayed at. The hotel staff made us pay a taxi driver for our own trip back to the airport + the newly arrived guest coming later that day (We found out by finding the bill in the taxi and talk to the driver) The water in the shower was brown. The hotel is far away from the town and airport.

Our stay was not the most peaceful, as we were situated between two mosques with automated prayers that started at 5 am. The hotel was also further away from the center of town than we would have preferred. However, the bed and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with delicious Mie Goreng. The pool and lovely tropical vegetation were a welcome respite from the chaotic city.

The curtains in our room didn't block out much light, making it difficult to sleep in for those who are sensitive to sunlight.

The rooms were clean and air-conditioned which are important during the hot weather. The hotel was situated in a beautiful location which made for a peaceful environment.

The location makes it hard to move around especially on foot or without a car. The prices of food and drinks were a bit high and seemed to cater to a more upscale clientele.

The hotel had a lovely garden, and my room had a great view of it. The air conditioning kept me cool during the warm days. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, which included homemade sweet bakery items. It was a delightful way to start each day.

I had a great time at this hotel. Its location close to the airport was very convenient for me, and I enjoyed taking a stroll down to the pond in the hotel's garden. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and very clean.

Not one thing bothered me during my stay at the hotel.
